Personal Training
My fitness classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels—from children to seniors. The content is tailored to each individual participant.
No, my courses are designed so that both beginners and advanced learners can participate without any problems.
You can select the right course for you from the course overview on the homepage or the individual course pages and register easily using the enquiry form.
We offer flexible models such as individual lessons, 5-session passes, or 10-session passes. Payment is made by invoice.
Comfortable sportswear, non-slip shoes, a towel, and something to drink are sufficient. Special materials will be provided during the course.
10 sessions: Valid for 10 training sessions within 4 months.
5 sessions: Valid for 5 training sessions within 8 weeks.
There are usually no classes during school holidays. The validity period of your workout pass is automatically extended by the duration of the holidays so that you don't lose any sessions.
This policy offers you maximum flexibility and transparency!
No problem! With a valid workout pass, you can make up the class flexibly as long as your pass is still valid.
In such cases, the lesson will be rescheduled or alternatively taken over by a substitute teacher. You will be informed in good time.
