That's why my certified core training program offers specially developed exercises that strengthen your pelvic floor, back, and abdominal muscles to restore balance to your core.
This course, designed specifically for women, focuses on strengthening the core after pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal recovery. The course strengthens the core muscles, i.e., the abdominal, back, gluteal, and pelvic floor muscles, improves stability in everyday life and during sports, and gives you a new body awareness.
You are welcome to bring your baby with you. The exercises are designed to be easy to do with your baby, whether your little one is lying next to you, relaxing in the stroller, or needs attention from time to time. You will train in a relaxed, understanding atmosphere together with other moms.
