Was erwartet dich im LADIES STRENGTH CLUB?

​Im LADIES STRENGTH CLUB trainierst du gemeinsam mit anderen Frauen an ausgewählten Kraftgeräten wie Squat-Station oder Kabelzug. Ergänzt wird das Training durch funktionelle Übungen, die Kraft, Stabilität und Körperkontrolle sinnvoll verbinden. Jede Einheit wird durchgehend von einer ausgebildeten Trainerin begleitet, die Übungen erklärt, korrigiert und individuell an dein Leistungsniveau anpasst. So entsteht ein sicheres, effektives Training – ohne Überforderung, ohne Leistungsdruck.
