

FIT KIDS
My “Fit Kids” course is aimed at children aged 3 to 6 and offers a playful introduction to the world of exercise and fitness. The focus here is on fun, creativity, and promoting motor skills. In a safe and cheerful atmosphere, the little ones can burn off their energy, improve their physical coordination, and gain their first experiences of sport.

What can children expect?

Movement games: Age-appropriate games that encourage running, jumping, throwing, and balancing.
