Terms and conditions of participation & declaration of consent
By booking a course using the online form, I accept the following terms and conditions.
I confirm that all the information I have provided in the booking form is true and that I am participating on my own responsibility.
1. Health & personal responsibility
I confirm that I am in good health and able to participate. I will inform the course instructor of any health restrictions (e.g., injuries, pregnancy, recent childbirth). I will take personal responsibility for my physical limits. Participation in courses after childbirth requires completed postnatal recovery. I confirm that my postnatal recovery is complete and that I have consulted with my doctor or midwife if necessary.
2. Disclaimer
Participation is at your own risk. I release the course instructors from any liability for damages, unless these are due to gross negligence or intent on the part of the course instructors.
3. Duty of supervision for children
I assume full responsibility and duty of supervision for any children or accompanying persons I bring with me. The course instructors accept no liability for personal injury or property damage caused by or to children or accompanying persons brought along, unless there is gross negligence or intent on the part of the course instructors.
4. Registration & Payment
Binding registration for a course is made using the online registration form.
Your place on the course will only be reserved once payment has been received. The invoice is due immediately upon receipt.
Cancellation or refunds after the course has started are not possible.
In the event of non-attendance or missed lessons, there is no entitlement to a refund or to make up the missed lessons.
Participation is non-transferable.
5. Validity of courses/sessions
The purchased sessions are valid for the following periods from the date of purchase:
10-session card: 4 months
5-session card: 8 weeks
Unused units expire after the validity period. Extensions or refunds are not possible. Sessions are non-transferable.
In justified exceptional cases (e.g., illness or injury), a one-time extension of validity may be granted on a goodwill basis. This is at the discretion of the course instructor.
6. Course cancellation
If a session is canceled for reasons for which the course instructor is responsible, a replacement date will be offered or the session will be credited.
7. Conduct & exclusion
I will behave respectfully towards other participants. The course management reserves the right to exclude participants from participation in the event of gross misconduct or health concerns.
8. Data protection
I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of course organization. My data will not be passed on to third parties. Photo/video recordings will only be made with my express consent.
9. Right of withdrawal
As this is a booking for a service (course) at a fixed time, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 9 BGB (German Civil Code).
By making a booking, I confirm that I have been informed of this exclusion.
